History of Excellence

Founded in 1991 by Shen Ping Liang, L.Ac, the college began its steady ascent in the field of higher learning in oriental medicine. The National Accreditation Commission accredited the school for Schools and Colleges of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in 1996.

Then on, the college began its journey of working with some of the biggest hospitals in and outside the state. In 2002, the American College of Acupuncture had even reached agreements with Chinese hospitals in the mainland. That same year, the pain program of the college received its accreditation by the American Academy of Pain Management.

The college has continued to rise beyond expectations in every field. It has earned many approvals and accreditation from numerous hospitals. The college has even played host to the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies conference and other prestigious events. Today, the college is a world leader in the field of traditional medicine.
